Understanding the challenge. Every TRACK project begins with understanding.

We started with a collaborative TRACK Workshop involving key members of the RGH team. The goal was to uncover their real business challenges and digital opportunities, getting to the heart of what RGH’s customers truly value.

From this session, we crafted our TRACK Playbook and defined a clear strategic direction across website UX/UI, design and gamification as well as digital marketing areas, including SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
