RVT Group is a UK specialist in hazard control for construction and industry, hiring and selling equipment that manages dust, noise, fumes, heat and water on site. Their previous website ran on Craft CMS and held years of valuable content, from equipment ranges to case studies and safety guidance.
The brief was to move everything onto a bespoke WordPress website, organise a large equipment range around the hazards customers are trying to control, and make it simple for site managers and buyers to request a quote.
Dust, noise, ventilation, climate, monitoring, water treatment and more. Buyers needed to navigate by the hazard they face, not by product code.
Equipment ranges, case studies, industry pages and safety guidance all had to move from Craft CMS into a new structure that is easier to navigate.
Customers compare equipment, download guidance and often want advice before hiring. The site needed clear routes to a quote, a consultation or a call.
Outcome
We mapped the site architecture around how RVT’s customers search: by hazard, by equipment type and by industry. Every section was planned with a clear job, from earning search visibility to supporting a quote request.
Equipment organised into 11 hazard-control categories, with category and sub-category hubs that reflect how buyers search.
Quote and enquiry forms, product enquiries, phone clicks and online payments are each tracked as separate events, so the team can see which routes customers use.
117 case studies, 20 industry pages, 61 best-practice articles and 91 gated downloads, structured to show real experience and support E-E-A-T.
Outcome
A mega menu that takes visitors straight into dust, noise, fume, climate, ventilation, monitoring and water treatment ranges.
Case studies and industry pages sit alongside the equipment, so buyers see relevant experience while they research.
Toolbox talks, health and safety posters, whitepapers and best-practice guides brought together in one resource centre.
A responsive, block-based design so teams can browse equipment and request a quote from a phone on site or a desk in the office.
Outcome
An add-to-quote basket on equipment pages, so customers can build a single request across several products.
Online payments, account applications and a monitoring login, all reachable from the new site.
Whitepapers, posters and toolbox talks delivered through Gravity Forms, each with its own thank-you journey.
Rank Math SEO, XML sitemaps and a clean content structure across more than 200 equipment hire pages.
Outcome
Launching a website of this size always brings issues to work through. After the site went live in spring 2026, we worked closely with the RVT team to respond quickly, get fixes in place and give clear guidance along the way.
From August 2026 we began a structured programme of on-page and technical improvements, starting with the equipment hire and industry pages that matter most to RVT commercially.
Across equipment hire and industry pages in August 2026, with every change checked on the live site.
13 sitewide menu links repointed away from redirects and 4 broken URLs fixed, including a button used across 29 news posts.
Issues raised by the RVT team after launch were picked up quickly, with fixes put in place and practical guidance on what to do next.
